Start with actual behavior.
Map what students, teachers, leaders, and families really do before designing the interface.
Bespoke work, tailored to each school community.
I turn the realities of schools into thoughtful software. Every engagement is bespoke — shaped around the individual needs of your school community, so products help students learn, educators grow, and leaders act with clarity.

Try working demos with original sample content and fictional records. Explore a workflow, change the evidence, and inspect the result. These demonstrations do not establish validated learning outcomes.
02 / The approach
Good software makes difficult work more coherent while preserving professional judgment.
Map what students, teachers, leaders, and families really do before designing the interface.
Personalization should scaffold students toward demanding work, without lowering the intellectual ceiling.
Ownership, data quality, review routines, and implementation capacity are part of the product.
AI can surface patterns, generate options, and reduce workload. Consequential decisions require informed human review.
03 / Behind the work
A school leader’s perspective.
A builder’s instinct.
I’m Jonathan Tyrrell.
My work sits where education leadership, product strategy, and responsible AI meet.
Across more than 20 years in schools, I’ve worked on the challenges these products address. As Chief Schools Officer at Kairos Academies in St. Louis, I built 9+ AI-enabled tools spanning placement, intervention, counseling, compliance, enrollment, and school performance.
I led a founding school to top 1% national results on NWEA MAP and helped Kairos Academies reach the top 1% nationally for student sense of belonging.
